Download: Call of Duty: World at War v1.7 Patch and Dedicated Server


This patch for Call of Duty: World at War updates the game to v1.7 and addresses a number of gameplay issues. The game must first be updated to v1.6 before applying this patch. The patch works on all regions except Germany, which has its own dedicated version. A new version of the Linux dedicated server is also available for hosting multiplayer games. Patch notes are shown after the jump.

Call of Duty: World at War v1.7 Patch Notes


-Fixed an MP server crash exploit.
-Fixed a voice chat crash on systems with no default recording device selected.
-Fixed an issue causing erroneous duplicate qport errors.
-Server admins can disable team switching by setting g_allow_teamchange to 0. Players will be restricted to Auto-Assign in team-based gametypes.

In Patch 1.7 behoben

- Exploit behoben, der Mehrspieler-Server zum Absturz bringen konnte.
- Fehler behoben, der auf Systemen ohne ausgewähltes Standard-Aufnahmegerät zum Absturz des Sprach-Chats führen konnte.
- Fehler behoben, der dazu führen konnte, dass irrtümlicherweise doppelte qports berichtet wurden.
- Server-Administratoren können den Teamwechsel untersagen, indem sie g_allow_teamchange auf 0 setzen. In Teamspielen steht den Spielern dann nur "Auto-Zuweisen" zur Verfügung.
