Sometimes you just want to get away from everything. For some people that means a vacation to Vale or Fiji or Chesnee, South Carolina. For others it means a trip to their local mental hospital. DRM-free game download site GoG.com has an example of the latter as it has added the horror adventure game Sanitarium to its line up.
The game, first released in 1998 from developer DreamForge Entertainment, has your game character as an asylum patient who has survived a car crash but naturally has lost his memory and has no idea of who he is. Your character has to explore various world and find out what is real and what is inside his mind. You can go slightly mad yourself if you grab the game from GoG.com, with a free soundtrack, for $9.99.

I love that game!
I actually hung out with some of the guys at DreamForge years and years ago. Really nice people.Posted at 9:33AM on Nov 11th 2009 by Blaine
