Mytheon's new web site launches; closed beta testing opportunity
Petroglyph Games' upcoming free-to-play action-RPG Mytheon is scheduled to officially launch next year but they are prepping for their closed beta to begin sometime this fall. Today the game's official web site has relaunched and is giving folks a chance to get into that closed beta test.
In short, the first 1,000 people who register at the new Mytheon web site are "guaranteed a spot in the upcoming closed beta test" Naturally the site itself has a lot of info, screenshots and other media about the game. Petroglyph itself is pretty busy. I's Xbox Live Arcade game Panzer General: Allied Assault was just released on the Xbox 360 console this week. In addition to Mytheon they are also working on an unnamed MMO RTS game for the Trion World Network that is still shrouded in secrecy.
