It looks like things were much more dire over at Australian-based Transmission Games than previously thought. A few weeks ago the company layed off over 20 of its team members. Now a new report from Kotaku Australia reports that the entire company has shut down and put into administration.
Transmission Games, previously known as IRGurus, is best known here in the US for its WWII flying action games. It's latest such effort is Heroes Over Europe which had to deal with its original publishers bowing out before Ubisoft finally came in to publish the game. It was released just last month. The developer also made the sports game Ashes Cricket 2009 which was released last August via Codemasters overseas.
