Having plenty of experience in creating action RPG's, the Runic Games put together a powerful set of development tools to create Torchlight. Like the previous developer diary, the audio in this video is a little spotty, but it's a nice video for anyone who might be interested in modding Torchlight after it releases on October 27th.
