All Half-Life games 55.8 percent off this weekend on Steam
And no . . . that headline isn't a typo. Apparently Half-Life's central hero Gordon Freeman was named the "All Time Greatest Game Hero" by the readers of Gamespot. Freeman got the win with 55.8 percent of the reader's votes. So Half-Life's creators at Valve decided to launch a last-minute sale on Steam of all their Half-Life-based games with that number as the sale percentage.
Yep, that means the original game, its sequel, the two Half-Life 2 "episodes", the various Half-Life based multiplayer modes and more are all on sale. You can even get the Half-Life complete pack which throws in Team Fortress Classic in one bundle for a mere $21.99 during the sale.
