Dawn of War II Last Stand multiplayer update release is "imminent"

The fans of Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War II have been waiting for a little while but soon they will be getting the next major free update to Relic's sci-fi RTS game. The previously revealed "Last Stand" update is supposedly close to release (the word they used was "imminent") so we are going to guess it will be made available to download sometime this week.

The entire change log for the update has been posted on the game's community forums. In addition to the new Last Stand multplayer mode (where teams of three go up against increasingly difficult waves of foes) there will be two new multiplayer maps and a host of game balance changes, tweaks and bug fixes.
