New version of Impulse launched; Ready to Play beta sign-ups start

Stardock has just made its promised major update to its Impulse download client available to its users. Besides a revamped interface the new Impulse client also allows for better management of a user's installed programs and improvements on game download speeds

In addition to the new version of Impulse, Stardock is taking sign ups for its upcoming Ready to Play social networking system at Stardock's web site.As we have mentioned before Ready to Play will allow Impulse users to create buddy list based on their gaming preferences as well as other information. Ready to Play should go into a wide beta soon.
