Stardock's Impulse service has been evolving since it's launch over a year ago and apparently Stardock is prepping for the next major feature update for Impulse this fall. Kotaku has some info about what will be included in the next update. One of the new features is Ready-to-Play, a social networking tool that will let you create buddies list and also allow you to show off what games you play to others with a similar bent.
The Impulse client and web site are also getting revamps and folks will be able to download games without the actual Impulse client. Beta testing for the new code will begin at PAX this September.
