It's been a couple of years since Electronic Arts released Medal of Honor: Airborne, the last game (so far) in their long running Medal of Honor WWII shooter series. Since then EA has been silent about what they have planned for the future of the series, although a rumor from over a year ago suggested that the series could dump the Great War for a modern day Afghanistan conflict.Today during EA's financial conference call with analysts, EA CEO John Riccitiello hinted strongly about plans for a new Medal of Honor game, saying, " . . . we're not yet in a position to describe about specific plans, but will do so in due course." Sounds pretty promising.

Hopefully it will be good like Allied Assault! I'd rather give my money to EA instead of crAptivision, but sadly am forced to because of Infinity ward...Posted at 12:20AM on Aug 5th 2009 by Cheesus(Crust)
