NCsoft's fantasy MMO Aion continues to gain momentum in sales prior to its scheduled US launch on September 22. The Collector's Edition of the game now sits on top of the latest top 10 weekly sales list on Valve's Steam downloadable service, this time for the week ending July 26.
The sales list, which is based on revenues, shows that the higher price of the Collector's Edition is not enough to stop high sales of this particular game which has already launched in its native Korea. The rest of the list is pretty much the same as last week's list with some games switching positions. One exception is Killing Floor which reappears on the list at number 10 after dropping off the list for a couple of weeks.
