Arkane Studios may have put their plans for their FPS The Crossing on hold but the developer is keeping the lights on by working on parts of games for other publishers. The company's official web site has announced that Arkane will be making contributions to the highly anticipated sequel BioShock 2.
While the main development of the title will still be handled by 2K Games's Marin branch, Arkane will be "assisting in the creation of levels that embody the aesthetic and gameplay ideals that make BioShock such a unique and exciting experience." Digital Extremes is still in charge of BioShock 2's multiplayer modes.
