After a fairly busy couple of weeks, things cool down a lot on the new PC game release front as we enter a slow period before things perk up again in August.
Street Fighter IV: It's been a long, long time since a major fighting game franchise was ported to the PC but
Capcom is taking a risk by turning its hit console title to the PC platform. There's no new content compared to the console versions but players can switch between different graphics shaders to give the game a more unique look.Capcom is also selling the game in a bundle with a custom PC controller.
Tales of Monkey Island: Launch of the Screaming Narwhal -
Telltale Games' latest downloadable episodic game series is a true collaboration with
LucasArts as they launch the first of five game chapters that return gamers to the classic adventure game franchise. Our hero Guybrush Threepwood has to deal with a voodoo infection that could turn already nasty pirates into monsters. That will ruin his day.
Two new entries into two classic series of games makes for a good week.
I am still trying to find Fuel PC at retail. So I am hoping that when SFIV PC hits this week, Fuel will be along with it.
XBox 360 - Plus, there is that controller bundle to consider.Posted at 10:15AM on Jul 6th 2009 by SidearmS
