Left 4 Dead 2 demo to be offered with pre-orders
Our sister site Joystiq reports that while speaking to Valve's Doug Lombardi, pre-orders for Left 4 Dead 2 via either retail stores or Valve's download service Steam will get "advanced access to the demo" before the rest of the world gets to play it. There's no word if the demo will shut down before the full game goes live on Nov. 17 but we suspect that will indeed be the case again.

I love how the demo got taken down, I can't wait for that to happen again, that makes it so easy to get my friends who don't live near me to try the game out.Posted at 9:56PM on Jul 5th 2009 by Clyde Cash

Looks like they forgot to add the 'prone' ability; Left-4-Dead 3, next year, fund it.Posted at 6:17PM on Jul 5th 2009 by BebopFox
