More evidence of StarCraft II beta beginning soon
Blizzard has already stated that the multiplayer beta test for their sci-fi RTS game StarCraft II would begin sometime this summer. Now it appears that the developer is prepping for that beta by alerting certain members of the media to get their Battle.net info into Blizzard . . . and soon.
Fan site Starcraftwire.net reports that emails asking media members to send in their Battle.net login info by Friday, June 19 were recently sent out but that an actual launch date for the beta was not revealed. However the fact that Blizzard is setting a deadline for media to turn in their Battle.net info must mean they are getting closer to the beta launch. One nice thing is that there will not be an NDA associated with the beta which means that once it begins you can expect a flood of beta impressions from the media.
