That's it. E3 2009 is over and done with and a new press release stated this year's show had over 41,000 attendees (smaller than past E3 trade shows and even smaller than 2008's Penny Arcade Expo). However, the Entertainment Software Association has called the revamped trade show "successful" and have already announced the dates for the 2010 edition of E3.Mark your calendars now because E3 2010 will be held June 15-17 and will again be held in the Los Angeles Convention Center. No reason for holding the show two weeks after the time period of this year's E3 was mentioned in the press release. However many game publishers seem to be happy with how E3 2009 turned out. Electronic Arts's CEO John Riccitiello is quoted as saying, "E3 2009 reflected the vitality, innovation and global presence of a rapidly growing industry. I'm already looking forward to next year's event."
