E3 2009: Logitech launches new force feedback flight sim joystick

E3 2009 is the time and place for game controller company Logitech to launch an all new product. Today Logitech announced they were releasing a truly hardcore gaming controller, the G940 Flight System. The force-feedback supported controller is specifically designed to be used with flight sims like Microsoft Flight Simulator X, IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946 and others.

In addition to the joystick itself, the G940 has dual throttles and rudder pedals. In all there are a total of 250 programmable buttons in the controller set up. The G940 is due out in September for $299.99.
