E3 2009 is the time and place for game controller company Logitech to launch an all new product. Today
Logitech announced they were releasing a truly hardcore gaming controller, the
G940 Flight System. The force-feedback supported controller is specifically designed to be used with flight sims like
Microsoft Flight Simulator X,
IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946 and others.
In addition to the joystick itself, the G940 has dual throttles and rudder pedals. In all there are a total of 250 programmable buttons in the controller set up. The G940 is due out in September for $299.99.
