For its final reveal of its latest Team Fortress 2 update, Valve decided to go back to last month's April Fool's Day joke and make the Sniper's Jarate weapon a real honest-to-goodness item in the game. How does it work? According to the official Team Fortress 2 site, anyone who gets hit with the Jarate takes 35 percent more damage for a limited amount of time.

It can also deactivate a Spy's cloak field. However it can be washed away if you can find a pool of water. Also the Sniper can use the Jarate to extinguish any fire from his fellow teammates. You can experience the Jarate for yourself when the latest Team Fortress 2 update is released for free via Steam on Thursday.
