Gamestop offers Overlord II pre-order (non-living) collectible minion
Which means, of course, that to get all four figures you have to pre-order four separate copies of Overlord II.That means spending a whopping $120 on the game from developer Triumph Studios and publisher Codemasters. Those dastardly companies. They know collectible fans have to spend that much money for stuff that has an outside chance of being worth .. .well, we really don't know. But that's part of the fun isn't it?

Actually you'd only need to preorder 4 copys, then you could cancel the other 3, preorders are a minimum of $5 down, so it's actually only $65 assuming it's a $50 game.Posted at 2:12PM on May 13th 2009 by Alex

Darn, had my hopes up for a bit there. I thought that since it says you would have to spend $120 on four copies the game would only be $30 when it came out. I would definitely buy it at that price.
But it definitely is a $60 game, so you would be spending $240 to get all four figures and you still couldn't be guaranteed to get four different ones. I'll wait for the price to go down before buying the game.Posted at 10:40AM on May 13th 2009 by Xeones25
