This week we've been going back in time to the last decade where cable TV was just starting to get original programming, the Boston Red Sox still had not won a World Series and the launch of Windows 95 revolutionized PC gaming.
Oh sure the latest version of Microsoft's OS was important for PC games in general but for gaming in particular it was a game-changer (no pun intended) as developers dumped off the world of making games for MS-DOS and embraced the Windows platform. But before then there were tons of great MS-DOS, Amiga and Mac games to play in both 1994 and 1995. As we look back on the 1990s in PC games we check out just some of the best titles to come from that era.

Where is Might and Magic: World of Xeen and Wizardry 7: Crusaders of the Dark Savant? Two of the best RPGs ever released. Xeen was even being given away recently on Gametap as a promotion, though I don't know if it's still going on.
