We've been keeping an eye out for a while on Global Agenda, the sci-fi MMO shooter from Atlanta-based indie game developer Hi-Rez Studios. While the MMO game has yet to announce a retail publisher to distribute the game it appears that Global Agenda will be getting a digital download release.
Valve's Steam site just put up a "Coming Soon" page for the game, indicating they will be offering the title when it is released. The listing shows a "Fall 2009" release date for Global Agenda although as we all know game release dates can and frequently do change. In the meantime sign-ups for the upcoming beta test are still being taken at the game's official web site.

The gameplay trailer for this looks really interesting. However, I'm not a big fan of the MMO subscription model, so it's doubtful that I'll be getting this game.Posted at 3:30AM on Apr 7th 2009 by Einhanderkiller
