If you have ever dreamed of being a professional fiction writer creating stories set in the universes of Blizzard's games (we all have had that dream at one point) we have a deal for you today. Blizzard has just launched a contest seeking writers to create short stories set in the Warcraft, StarCraft and Diablo universes.
Blizzard is asking for stories between 3,000 and 10,000 words set in those game settings. The deadline for entries is April 12. The grand prize winner gets a free trip to Blizzard's offices to meet the writing staff and a Frostmourne replica sword. So you can be a writer and slice up meat at the same time.
