BioShock 2 info should be coming in fast and furious now that we know the long awaited action game sequel has a Game Informer cover story this month. Now info from that story has begun to seep its way onto the Internet via message board posts from folks who have (allegedly) read the article.

One such message board post on the BioShock 2 message boards has a big revelation (if it's true). BioShock 2 will have two player co-op support. The post also goes into a little detail on the game's storyline and some of the new plasmids, monsters and other situations that will be in the 2K Marin developed sequel (we won't spoil that info here).The big question is, "If there is co-op, how is that integrated into the storyline?"

Update: Well it looks like the above info is in fact "not true" according to 2K Games.
