Last October, CD Projekt announced that their fantasy RPG game The Witcher had sold over 1 million copies worldwide (combining sales of the original version and last year's Enhanced Edition). This week the game's official web site has posted up word that sales continue to be strong for the game.
The site has announced that The Witcher has now sold over 1.2 million copies worldwide. According to CD Projekt that means the game has made the list of the top 100 best selling PC games of all time. Although they don't offer any real proof of that boast selling 1.2 million copies of a PC only game could be considered quite an accomplishment these days.
