Capcom's Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Street Fighter IV were released earlier this month and by all accounts the sales for the long awaited fighting game have been excellent so far, as have the reviews (unlike the reviews for today's release of the new Street Fighter movie, but that's another story). Capcom has promised since the official announcement of Street Fighter IV that it would be coming to the PC but so far there's been no clear word on when that might happen.
VideoGamer.com chatted with Capcom's vice president Christian Svensson and when asked about a PC release date for the game he answered, "Let's say summer." That sounds less like a confirmation and more like a guess so we would take "summer" with a grain of salt. Svensson did say they were looking to bundle copies of the PC version with the Street Fighter IV branded game pads from Mad Catz. Still it may be a while before those pads will be put to good use on your PC game rig.
