Later this month, Bethesda Softworks plans to release the first of three planned downloadable expansions to their post-apocalyptic RPG Fallout 3. Today the publisher released three more screenshots from the DLC, Operation Anchorage, showing off more of the mission that your player character experiences in hologram form in the game.
As with previous screenshots, the look of Operation Anchorage is much different than the main game as you experience a mission that takes place well before the events of Fallout 3. There's even ninjas as you can see above. A specific release date for the expansion has yet to be revealed by the publisher but PC owners will have to pay $9.99 to download it.

As a fan of the Fallout 1 and 2 I will have to say that I enjoyed Fallout 3 so much that I still have a few other games I got just before this came out that I haven't played/finished yet. I started back on Farcry 2, but if this DLC comes out soon, I might not get very far in Farcry. :ÞPosted at 12:39PM on Jan 8th 2009 by What the Frack?!

I'm still getting through the game, but I'm sure when I finish I will be happy for some new content. Thanks Bethesda!Posted at 10:38AM on Jan 8th 2009 by Royale
