Ascaron Entertainment's action-RPG Sacred 2 is due to ship to stores this week from publisher CDV but if you want to spend a little more money CDV is also promoting a collector's edition of the game. The title is available to purchase via Amazon.com for $59.99.

In addition to just the game the Sacred 2 Collector's Edition has extra contest such as a double-sided poster map of the game world, the game's official art book and soundtrack, temporary tattoos, and a extra in-game item (the Carrier Imp). Perhaps the most interesting thing mentioned is a DVD which has (their words) "ELITE GFX graphics upgrade - for ultimate PC gaming systems only". This apparently adds high-end textures to the game at a cost of an additional 9 GB of hard drive space and additional video RAM.
