No Sins of a Solar Empire: Entrenchment release next week
It looks like fans of Ironclad Games' hit space strategy game Sins of a Solar Empire will have to wait a little longer for the first downloadable micro-expansion. The game's official web site has officially announced that the $9.99 expansion, Entrenchment, will not make its planned release on Nov. 18.
While no new date for the expansion was revealed on the official game site the announcement did say that there will be a beta test for Entrenchment for folks who pre-order the expansion via publisher Stardock. According to the site the final release date for Entrenchment will depend on the feedback Ironclad gets from the beta. There's no word yet on when the beta test will begin.

I pre-ordered using a 10% off code, and I still haven't played the original Sins despite buying it shortly after launch. It was mostly to show support, the game intimidates the hell out of me. It's installed and will get played eventually, though :)Posted at 8:48PM on Nov 11th 2008 by Sokkratez
