Does new Capcom release schedule reveal PC port of Resident Evil 5?

Capcom has been doing more and more in the PC space, not just with downloadable titles like Bionic Commando Rearmed and the forthcoming Age of Booty but in their main retail games like PC ports of the upcoming Bionic Commando, Dark Void and Street Fighter IV. But is one of their biggest games also coming to the PC?

UK based site MCV says it got a list of all of Capcom's upcoming games for the first quarter of 2009. In that list was Resident Evil 5, the upcoming next version of their long running survival horror series. While Capcom has so far only mentioned Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game, MCV's list also shows a PC version coming as well. Big Download contacted Capcom's US PR rep for comment. However that rep would only say that they have not yet made any announcements about a PC version of the game. That's not a flat out denial, however so we will keep you posted on any further developments.
