According to the official Capcom blog site, there's an install issue with the game that causes problems if you change the default directory it first gives you. Basically, Capcom is saying, "Don't change the install directory," They plan to issue a patch to the game in the next few days to fix the issue so if you absolutely have to change the default install, wait until the patch is released.
