The list of PC games getting pushed back from a planned 2008 release date continues to grow. We've already reported on the PC game delays of titles like Mirror's Edge, Saints Row 2, Battleforge and Lord of the Rings Conquest. Now it looks like the promised Christmas 2008 release of Shellshock 2 is no longer in play. The Vietnam War themed action game (with a horror theme this time) from developer Rebellion and publisher Eidos is now being shown on Gamestop's web site with a February 2, 2009 release date. Amazon.com has a February 28 release date for the title. However you slice it, the key word here is "delay". So no shooting in Vietcong tunnels for you for a few more months.
