We have a nice international flavor to this game. The player does play in some of the classic areas of the movie such as Wesley's apartment, his work office, the fraternity and the room that holds the loom. In addition to those movie locations, you travel back to 1940's France and even end up on a plane 30,000 feet in the air.
How will players "activate" the special powers that Wesley has in the movie for the game?
Wesley will learn various moves as the game progresses. The curve bullet mechanic is something we had to treat carefully because there hasn't been a game to date that has ever done this before. So we have to carefully ease the player into this new type of mechanic. As the game progresses you will learn new moves and obtain new weapons.
What other aspects of the Wanted game do you think are important?
I really enjoy being able to curve bullets. It gives the player a new sense of freedom that most games don't have. Meaning, since you are not limited to what direction you can shoot, you can really start to play with the mechanics and set up some really cool scenarios. With curving, each time you play the level the player can approach it from a different angle so the replay value is high.

For the PC version can you give us an idea of any changes in terms of improved graphics and other features?
The PC version will take advantage of the faster processors and better graphic cards. It will look sharper and there will be some better lighting effects. But the gameplay will be identical when compared to the console versions. Using the mouse to control the curve is going to be something new for players.
Are there any plans for a demo of the game to be released?
Yes, there is a good chance you might see a really badass demo on LIVE or the Playstation store. You will just have to wait and see.
This is the first game that Universal has directly had a part in making in some time. Will we see other Universal owned movie and TV show properties get the same treatment?
That is something that is under consideration. Universal did just announce The Tale of Despereaux DS game that was solely funded by Universal as well. So that makes Wanted: Weapons of Fate and The Tale of Despereaux DS games that Universal funded.
Finally is there anything else you wish to say about the Wanted game?
We really want to stress that this is not your typical movie based game. Wanted is a game that will stand on its own and all game players will really enjoy it. Having Grin developing the game in Barcelona has been great and they really get making kick ass games.
