Gametap continues to offer its customers free games to check out. Today the download service offers up two free titles. One is Overlord, the 2007 released action-RPG where you get to play as a fantasy bad guy. The Triumph Studios-Codemasters game is available to play for free for one week only at Gametap. Available for free at any time is Penumbra Overture, the first game in the horror adventure series from developer Frictional Games.Two more games are added to Gametap's paid premimum service: the stand alone expansion RTS game Supreme Commander Forged Alliance from Gas Powered Games and THQ and the fantasy fighting game Die by the Sword from Treyarch and Interplay. The latter includes the game's expansion pack Limb from Limb.
