Trailer embues City of Heroes / Villains players with new powers

This trailer for City of Heroes / Villains shows off the new powersets that will be included with the upcoming update, Issue: 13: Power and Responsibility. One new power is Pain Domination, which allows villains to heal each other. The second is Shields, a defensive powerset for both heroes and villains. Issue 13 is currently expected to go live sometime this fall.
