Bohemia Interactive's military shooter sequel ARMA II was first revealed several weeks ago with a single screenshot. Now the developer has launched the full ARMA II web site with a ton of info about the title along with a new batch of screenshots that we have added to our gallery.
The game, currently due for release in the first quarter of 2009, takes place the fictional European country of Chernarus but is based on real world terrain as US forces fight in a massive 225 square kilometer battlefield. The single player campaign is said to be non-linear as your choices affect how the storyline plays out. Over 70 weapons and over 170 vehicles will be in the game and Bohemia claims there will be highly realistic features like ballistics, material penetration, weather effects and more.
