Silent Hill: Homecoming confirmed for PC in September
Silent Hill: Homecoming is the latest game in the long running survival horror series as your player character heads back to his hometown of Shepherd's Glen to try to find his missing brother. Naturally you will have to encounter some of the oddest and most frightening creatures ever made for a survival horror series. The PC version will be made available via digital download on Valve's Steam service. There's no word if Konami will release the game to retail stores yet.

I very much agree XDragon. Going over my holiday wish list I can count the 360 & PS3 games I want on 1 hand while my platform of choice, PC, has a list dozens of games long. There really aren't many console games at all that are skipping the PC and the ones that are are generally published by the console company like Sony -> Resistance & MS -> Gears. On the other hand, the Silent Hill series does have a long history of PC versions, though usually not day and date. I think all but SH1 have made it to the PC.

Wow, it seems like more console devs are releasing PC versions of their games!
If the right console games come to PC, then I could see myself getting into PC gaming again and forgetting about my consoles.
Namco-Bandai, Capcom, Konami and Square-Enix is all I need and yes I know they've all had some sort of PC releases but I need the next Castlevania, non-MMO JRPGs and remakes, Soul Calibur series and all new Capcom fighting games. EA already makes NHL and everything Blizzard is a must buy so I say bring it on!
Yeah I know, i can keep dreaming!Posted at 4:02PM on Aug 20th 2008 by XDragon
