Bionic Commando Rearmed PC gets extra content after all
A mini-uproar greeted Capcom late last week when it was announced that the pricing of the PC version of their downloadable side-scroller Bionic Commando Rearmed would be $5 more than its console counterparts. Most people, including us, felt that it was odd that the same exact game would have a higher price.
Well in a new update on the official Bionic Commando web site it turns out PC owners will get some extra content after all. The game's producer Ben Judd states, " . . . . for the PC version we are planning on uploading some additional PC-only challenge rooms via a free patch so you will get more bang for your buck." Hmmm . . . this was not mentioned when we asked Capcom about the price difference last Friday. One wonders if Capcom decided after the fact to add some new downloadable levels to appease the PC gamers.
