PC rig boasts twenty-seven 67" monitors

Though hardware conflicts, OS crashes and expensive hardware sometimes make PC gaming more work than fun, true computer nerds (sorry, "geeks") understand that troubleshooting and in-depth tweaking comes with the territory. If you want an awesome gaming rig, you have to be prepared to do a lot of work and spend a lot of cash.

Sometimes, though, PC gaming can get a bit excessive. Case-in-point, the mammoth monitor assemblage pictured above, which is comprised of twenty-seven 67-inch monitors. According to Kotaku, one of their readers installed the setup for a government office and rewarded himself with a bit of WoW and BioShock game time.

Jealous? You should be.

Actually I find it kind of scary to know that my tax dollars are going towards such ridiculousness. What are they doing that needed 27 67" screens instead of something... umm... SMALLER. Why not just use a projector instead? Anyway, yeah it's cool but seems like a colossal waste of money to me.
