First Cross Fire screenshots released


It's yet another entry in the suddenly crowded list of free-to-play first person shooters. We are speaking of Cross Fire, the modern-day themed FPS that will officially launch this fall from publisher G4Box. The publisher just released the first screenshots from the game that's being developed by Smilegate.

The game looks and sound an awful lot like Valve's still popular shooter Counter-Strike. You can take on the role of either a mercenary or terrorist and fight against each other online in several different modes including a "Ghost Mode" which pits the mercenary team against an invisible enemy.
