Over 20 minutes of new Far Cry 2 footage
Ubisoft's upcoming first person shooter Far Cry 2 may be unrelated to the original game in pretty much everything but the title but that doesn't mean that it doesn't look like it will be very cool. A new demo of the game was shown today at the Sweden based Dreamhack LAN party and computer conference and YouTube has the Shaky Cam video.
Actually, that's a little misleading. The demo was over 20 minutes long and showed off a ton of content from the upcoming FPS title set in Africa. The web site claims its the first public showing of the game but that's not really true; Ubisoft first showed the game at last year's Penny Arcade Expo. Anyway, check out the video and get ready for the full game later this fall.

Was the framerate low on the demo? That's not a good sign.Posted at 9:20AM on Jun 27th 2008 by sunny beach
