The Witcher: Extended Edition to be released in September

CD Projekt has announced a release date of September for The Witcher: Extended Edition, an expanded release of last year's critically acclaimed RPG.

Encompassing far more than one or two collectible trinkets, The Witcher: Extended Edition will include "a video dvd, a bonus materials dvd (among all D'jinni the adventure editor and 2 official adventures "The price of neutrality" and "Side effect"), the game soundtrack as well as a music cd with music inspired by the game," according to The Witcher's official website.

Players who have already purchased and registered The Witcher will be able to procure the new content free of charge.
