Fantastic Blood Boy released, has gobs of pixelated blood

Talk about gory. Fantastic Blood Boy, an arena shooter based around killing enemies without actually shooting them, has finally been released by Gustav Kilman. Prodded onwards by the always minty-fresh Derek Yu, Gustav made the game as an entry (albeit late) to the Video Game Name Generator Competition.

Featuring bizarre visuals (that happen to have massive amounts of pixel blood), unique gameplay, and a strange name, it's a very nice little freeware indie download for anybody into the 2D gaming scene. Give it a whirl and discover its charms for yourself.
