CD Projekt's fantasy RPG The Witcher has become a sleeper sales success and a huge critical success since it was released in October 2007. Now the developer has announced that owners of the game can now download not just a new patch but the first beta version of their D'jinni adventure editor and an all new single player adventure.
The new 1.3 patch actually contains the new adventure, titled Price of Neutrality, which aims to give the player more info about the other "witchers" that were only seen briefly in the main game. The new campaign adds a couple of extra hours to The Witcher and even contains more than one ending which should increase its replay value. If you think you can do better than CD Projekt in making new Witcher campaigns you can take your best shot with the D'jinni editor. New stories, cut scenes, visual effects and more are possible by using the editor. CD Projekt has also launched their own D'jinni Wiki web site where people can learn more about using the editor and even upload their own creations for others to play and rate.
